Why the most ignant drivers be without a liscense plate?

nikkas in the hood that dont have a rear liscense plate on they car drive the most ignorant ive ever seen..its like bro, you aint got no L's or a plate, u should be driving the smartest...be smashing thru red lights and dipping in and outta lanes doing 70 in 30s

I passed a nikka this morning pulled over without plates, he staring up at the cop like like 12 did something wrong

Im always amazed at drug dealers/ gun runners that get pulled over for driving crazy while they have work in the car. Like bro how dumb can you be. I got 15 guns in the trunk, but lemme drive 120 on the highway though blowin weed out the car windows

I've only seen that when I was in Cali. That's the quickest way to get pulled over in NY

I mean you're getting pulled over on sight if you're driving without plates. No point in driving orderly at that point
