Why was the BET Awards on multiple networks last night?

I love the BET Awards and I love the idea of black people having a show to celebrate our blackness

What I don't love is the idea of putting this shyt on networks where a large amount of non black eyes can have access to our shyt

Why do we have to share everything?

Latinos have telemundo

Whites have the country stations and a plethora of channels non whites don't watch

Asians have their shyt but why do we always have to be the ones to be an open book for everyone else?

But still in previous years it was "our thing" because Non Blacks don't watch the BET network like that

Now much like every other form of black entertainment, we have to put our shyt out there for everyone to see

You notice how they got rid of the UPN network too (which used to be black dominated and primarily watched by blacks)
