Because *most* messageboard nikkas are horrible A&Rs. They think the least relevant songs/artists will do numbers based on how many whips they hear a song blasting out of or how many nikkas in their hood like a mixtape. "Buzz" has replaced actual relevancy.

Y'all don't think REAL A&Rs don't scour these blogs that these dumb rappers are paying to push their music? They're some legit record exec people on these message boards. They just hardly ever post or speak on anything. But a few cats here know what they're talking about.

It's just that folks get caught up in the hype of big artists and can't objectively speak on what's going on out here. And the truth hurts when speaking on some of these artists...

man there are so many label plants, promo guys, rappers etc who read these spots. alot of them dont speak on it cuz they are "above" it. but they do read and someof them come on.

Then he drops the album it debuts number 3 with 200,000 plus sold and he gets a gold plaque

Thats just on here and it's from Gucci and Ross stans breh. Jeezy has a solid fanbase of more than just nikkas who cop bootlegs at the Texaco.

People underestimate Jeezy's n TI's influence and fanbase in the streets. Jus cuz them nikkas aint dressing in goth and doing illuminati signs in they videos the average net nikka thinks they are not relevant.
