Honestly yes… she wasn’t the type of girl I would normally befriend either. Growing up I only wanted to he friends with pretty girls, smh.

But she grew on me. We were in a class together and worked on a project and she was really cool and we just connected really well and started hanging out and what not.

Back then I also had a tendency to befriend the most ghetto girls at the school, she was one of them. But she was cool. She became one of my best friends. We still talk to this day.

but yeah everyone thought she was ugly. She knew it too. She got wifed by a good looking guy though that a lot of girls wanted, so there’s that. He ain’t shyt though lol.

Well that last part would be obvious.

I remember I fell off and had to hang with the nobodies in middle school from 6-7 grade. I learned a lot from them. A lot of cool video games, some cool tech and since I was a techy even at that time, I fit in to a degree. But even then I realize, there is so much you just don't get when you either not that guy or in the in crowd. Thankfully 8th grade came and that was the end of that. I still remember how depressing that was.

Yeah, what you did was natural, wanting only attractive friends, pretty girls want to be around other pretty girls and fight over ain't shyt nikkas like me. It's been like that since we were all 5 yo.

Generally with girls, I rarely see pretty girls with true friendships. It's always competitive and once they lockdown a nikka, they drop off the map for the most part outside of special occasions. It is what it is. I always like seeing my cousins friends, I always ran thru em and they always pretty.

Be grad you got a great friend in her. It must have been hard for her. When you nikkas come by to talk to you, they talk to her only to not fukk shyt with you and even she knew it. Takes massive self esteem to handle that.
