think it depends on the cop and region. I once was doing 102(speed limit was 70) and only got off with a ticket. I had a permit too.That's it? So he didn't get a ticket? Didn't have to get out the car? Not asked if he had a gun or drugs?
cuzzin did 98 in a 70 in some west bubble fukk area of Indiana(driving to the chi) and he got off with a stern warning.....officer must have hit his quota for the day or some shyt
on top of that it was barely any cars on the road..........im pretty sure if it was in a metro area they wouldn't have hesitated to throw the max.......
