she called me crying and i thought she got fired or something, but she layed that news on me and i was like she works for a .com, and they are going through a RAPID growth right now. she has been there for a year, and they have tripled their profits since she got there...and they are still growing faster than they can implement procedures and hire new employees to handle the growth. they are VERY well over there....
