My mom left and joined Blusky. I was never much of a Twitter user even when it first started.

But no. Twitters eco system is still quite expansive.

I won't say no completely. I don't really use mine as much now, but I still have it for sports and sneakers mainly. Actually interacting with people online happens on a different platform. There's some people who haven't moved for whatever reason, and that's their choice. Doesn't really matter to me. I don't see the wild posts in OP bc I don't follow people who point out the attention seeking race-baiters. The main reason I left was the inundation of ads, misinformation, and ai content

Permanently Deleted twitter/X just before last year because of the endless bots, rampant wild racism, annoying trolls, disrespectful vibes, anti black male misandry from the wench/sheabutter sect and pointless engagement farming everywhere. When Elon allowed users to get paid for any kind of engagement it quickly went downhill. I left immediately. And allowing people to get verified Blue checks for 8$ a month was cheap and tacky imo.

I didn’t want to support elon musk because he’s and openly complicit with racist accounts on twitter. He interacts with them daily and sympathizes with their views. He bought that social media app not to make profits but to control information for his own propaganda purposes and normalize racist narratives, attitudes and views towards people of African descent. That’s the truth. He knows how influential twitter is and how much power it has.
