What is there to keep up with? Technology runs our generation. You have kids so you don't get a new tablet?

The things we were raised on are not going away. We've reached the peak of modern technology. There won't be anything completely new for a while. There will just be things added on.
Nintendo DS debuted the portable touch screen 10 years ago. Meaning a decade ago. Meaning the people who were 30 when that came out, are 40 now.
iPhones debuted almost a decade ago. How much more complicated have iPhones really become ? 3 years from now, the iPhone will be 10 years old. All they've added is better resolution, a better screen, longer battery, a camera, and more apps. AKA Addons. Nothing truly revolutionary.
We're the generation of technology, and we'll grow with it. This is totally different from someone who was born in the 30s 40s 50s or 60s, who went the first few decades of their lives without technology booming around them
We'll get old physically, but we'll adapt. I'm 20 now, by the time I'm 50 I'm sure I'll still know my way around techware. There are 5 year olds who can use tablets masterfully.
So because tech has seemingly plateaued now, it will be that way forever.
That's not how it works, breh.
And someone who was born in the 30s grew up with different tech from someone who grew up in the 60s.
