I love how these types tell you to just "overcome" as if to normalize societal obstacles we deal with nowadays.
Ppl will make it, but, most are food to the system and bound to fail.

this gives me alot of encouragement..i was kinda distressed because my main vendor lost his license ..causing me to lose a major market.But i do realize now this was necessary..

Once you learn, and accept, the world you're in, you can then master it. Once you master it, you can manipulate it to your benefit
BUT, failure is important to succeeding IF you notice WHY you failed, and willing to change for the better
You also DON'T have to learn from your own failures, you can learn by watching others fail, and figure out where they went wrong. In fact, this is the best, and fastest way, to learn!

Had a lisp during my high school years(Still do but it really only comes out if I'm fatigued) Was absolute hell mentally at times with the bullying that resulted from it TBH. Speech impediments can make you feel like you're a prisoner of yourself. Props to you for getting past it

It helps when you actually put them dudes on blast who try to throw stones. For instance, in 6th grade these two dudes used to clown me because I would stutter a lot when I had to speak in front of the class. So one day I was annoyed as hell and just shouted out "WILL YALL STOP IT" "I can't help the fact that I speak a certain way" and so forth. The class got wild quiet and then some dudes were laughing, I told them to stop laughing
. To that very day, the dudes were cool bean with me along with additional help from one of my teachers as he pulled me to the side and said breathe, think about what you going to say, and then say it. I took his advice ever since.Sure there are times where it's a bytch to say stuff because of my impediment, but I feel I came a long way from how I used to be. Never let them win regardless of your personal ills. As my English teacher used to say "they may laugh at you now, but you will one day have the last laugh".
