can't the PS4 Pro do some games in native 4K? it's also a lot easier to hit if you're aiming for 30fps

but when people are talking about a "4K PC" it's assumed it will be at least 60fps. that's another reason it's not helpful to compare the Scorpio to a "4K PC"
