Ehhh means nothing without compelling storylines & having the fresher product in terms of virality & newer stars.

They've done a better job as of late of integrating the old with the new compared to how they fumbled the 1992-1995 years.

Regardless you need a alternative which is why you should hope that AEW stays in buisness as long as possible.

Cokeboy's 80's takeover affected the U.S and Canada, mostly. Business in Mexico, Japan and Europe had their own thing going on but weren't directly influenced by WWF going national,

If this current TKO's takeover is successful, it will affect wrestling basically everywhere.

If it's worse or not would depend on how many jobs are created and how much of the local style or wrestling identity is changed once WWE/TKO show up. I'd bet it would certainly feel worse for anyone that isn't WWE-centric when it comes to consuming wrestling
