IMO, they shouldn't be lifting weights before 16.

Eh, I disagree there breh. I know guys who started lifting when they were 14, and by 16 they were nice, in-shape, and at their intended heights (at least from what I could tell looking at their family members.) I'm not saying I would make my kids constantly being in the gym, but they would be at least learning the basics.

Yeah, but I know dudes that were stuck on 5'6 because the muscles stunted their growth while men in their family are above 6 feet. I would make them do push ups, pull ups, and other endurance exercises, though.

My son will at the very least learn to box. My son will be handing brehs that work in the school hallways:win:

Then he will be forced to enter seriously in one of two sports. Boxing or basketball.

It will be like a part time job for him at which I will require monthly progress assessments.

If he shows promise, I'm going to be the dad in the gym with the belt 10 PM like :birdman: 100 more shots:birdman:

Oh and there is also an education requirement of the Haitian revolution and black American militancy.

And learn at least 1 thing in the arts. Poetry, music, painting whatever.

Other than that he's free to be anything he wants to be:jawalrus:

:whoa:cept gay. No gay sons.
