@William F. Russell Is distributing my Personal Information

@William F. Russell is giving my personal information to other users with malicious intent in order to put my personal safety at risk. He gave it the user @Chubbs who then tried to also distribute the information and was banned for it and several other users who have yet to be identified. I have screenshots of him distributing the information via personal messages and I can provide them upon request. I would like @William F. Russell banned so that he can not continue this behavior and have already been in contact with one mod about this. Thank you

Basically stalked e-stalked me. Used one piece of information to get to another. I guess he wants to see harm dons to me. There is no other reason I can see to do this. Dude lives in the same area I do.

Yes, definitely PM him - he is responsive. Houston is too, too awesome but in this matter (banning) Brook is the first person you should've gone to. I hate that you're dealing with personal safety/security issues.

That behavior is cyberstalking, invasion of privacy and harassment. Do what you need in order to protect yourself. Don't the forum rules state those as banned offenses. But not only here, the fact that he's in your vicinity, that would justify a protective order.
