Windows 10 upgrade fukking up my wifi

I don't even know how I got this upgrade, i kept denying it until one morning i woke up and it was here.

Now my wifi is I been googling ways to fix it but nothing. Might have to buy a adapter but before i do so, i wanna see if the brehs found a fix for it.
