1.Stop all unsolicited calls by opting out for all marketing lists.Call 1 888 567 8688
2.Contact all credit reporting agencies and amend your details to your latest contact info
3.Gather all your negative credit listings and prepare to dispute them. Keep in mind key dates, amounts, last contact etc
4.Dispute all charges. You will need the templates for letter that you would want to send to make those negative listings drop off. Friar Credit Reporting Act, Fair And Accurate Credit Transactions Ammendment & Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Get familiar with those
