To me what made the most sense is that somehow her boyfriend found out about her leaving with a bunch of dudes and they got into an argument about where she had been the whole night. She claims she was drugged and raped and calls friend to corroborate at which point the friends get the parents and the cops involved. That also IMO would explain why she would delete the call with her boyfriend and other calls from that night.What you saying makes sense
The common theme I see from people on her side is, why? Why go to the police that night and why after seeing him in class (a month later) if its a lie?
That is one I'm not even sure about either.But everything else in her story just seems flawed compared to the facts of the case.

I get that. Thats a good possible explanation. Just like I get the explanation to drop the case to the media once he becomes a big star.
I'm just trying to figure out...if she lied to get out of it, why continue the lie a month later when she sees him in class? Before he even played a snap/wasnt starter and they never had a name.
Idk. Something made her drop the name to her lawyer/police. Pressure from family?

I mean everyone talks about "the police botched this case" but why are they not being honest and admitting the things that were botched were either: 1. largely irrelevant to the actual testimony of all parties and/or 2. would more likely hurt jameis more than EK due to the botch?
