MY ELDEST SON attended an African-centered school in Trenton, NJ called the Afrikan Peoples Action School (A.P.A.S.). My youngest son attended The Garvey School which is also an independent African-centered school. My eldest son recently graduated from college with a degree in Forensics Biology. However, my son is not an anomaly. He and his comrades/warrior classmates had been together at the African Peoples Action School since as young as kindergarten and first grade. That E...NTIRE GROUP of young black people not only became the best of friends, not only did they ALL graduate from APAS, not only did they go on to some of the top preparatory schools in the country, BUT all of them went on to secondary education and ALL graduated with degrees - THE ENTIRE GROUP OF THEM! ...and I know ALL of them and their families personally! That's what communities look and do like! No one can tell me that black people are not capable of founding, operating, educating and CENTERING their own children. My children are products of the product!
