if the boss sends it before 1pm it reaches your account by 6pm same day. No damn chime card needed

I fukk with Chime, at one of my old spots it paid two days early now I'm back to just one day early but I'm not tripping, still a day faster to put it in the savings of my other bank or make moves if need be.

Was able to use it in Thailand n get money out, no issues.

Turn off the card when I'm not using it, throw it right back on with the tap of a button.

Done referred about 4 people n got $200, extra bread is always cool for something I'm gonna use regardless.

Only downfall is waiting for a replacement card since unlike a regular bank u can't just waltz into a physical branch n grab a new one, so if it's your only banking method u can either transfer bread to someone else with Chime or be assed out for a few days, but they're pretty quick with the delivery.
