Philly bouls, Trust the Process
The 2014 Draft was considered to be a great one on draft night by the experts, but some underwhelming early production and tons of injuries have gotten in the way. Things might be changing though, and the class is really starting to pan out

1. Andrew Wiggins - Like him or not, he secured the bag and the Wolves are 7-4 right now. His talent level is undeniable and he can get buckets at will, he's still figuring out how to round out his game though.

2. Jabari Parker - Injuries have derailed Parker, but when healthy he's shown to be a lethal offensive player who was making big strides as a 3PT shooter and improved noticeably each year.

3. Joel Embiid - The young GOAT :blessed: Health is the only thing that can possibly stand in Embiid's way from MVPs, DPOYs, etc.

4. Aaron Gordon - He's ballin out this year :whoo: Living up to that potential now and was my preseason pick for Most Improved :salute: 22/9 per36 on 57%FG, 59.5%3PT, BPM of 5.6 leading a shockingly good 8-4 Magic team. Looks like he's on the way to a max contract.

5. Dante Exum - :damn: injuries really ruined this man... :mjcry:

6. Marcus Smart - As much as I like to hate on the kid for his god awful scoring, he's one of the best defenders in the league no doubt about it, and a solid playmaker as well. He has big time intangibles and gives that x-factor toughness that's infectious to everyone on the court, and can make winning plays.

7. Julius Randle - The rise of KuzGawd has gotten in his way, but let's not sleep on the fact that Randle is putting up per36 numbers of 21.4ppg, 12.2rpg, 3.1apg, 1.6bpg on 60.7%FG. Like we're seeing now with DLo a bit, he may need a change of scenery. Don't sleep though, there's still a ton of talent left in Randle I think.

8. Nik Stauskas, 9. Noah Vonleh - :francis:

10. Payton looks like a Rondo type, but one who plays more into the team context. He puts up good assist numbers, can contribute on the boards, and is a good defender, but god this kid's shooting is :scust:Still might be a low-tier starting PG.

11. Doug McDermott - The boy can shoot :manny: :mjpls:

12. Dario Saric - Runner up ROTY last year off to a rough start this year overall, but is improved as a 3PT shooter. Starting on a good Sixers squad right now, I think he'll turn into a perennial 6MOTY candidate down the road contributing all over the court like a lesser but larger Ginobili.

13. Zach LaVine - Was already an offensive stud last year loaded with more potential. Let's just hope he recovers from the ACL :sadcam:

14. TJ Warren - The dude's a black hole on a bad Suns team, but he's 22ppg/7.5rpg per 36 and has talent as a scorer :ehh:

That was the lottery

Then you've got Nurkic, Gary Harris, Rodney Hood, Clint Capela, Bogdan Bogdanovic, and Kyle Anderson rounding out the first round :ehh:

Second round you have Jordan Clarkson, Jerami Grant, and of course Nikola Jokic :krs::ooh::ohlawd:

I like the early-season success, Gordon and the magic are enjoying. They've been stuck in mediocrity for years.
