With these vaccine mandates being lifted, will we see a lot of lawsuits?

Let’s say a company had a vaccine mandate, and they lift it. Do you think the people who got the vaccine to keep their jobs will sue, and the people who got fired will sue?

I hope someone tries. I want to see if these politicians that mandated it got some financial incentive (money, stock, etc.)

Off-topic from OP, but could the employees fired because of not getting the vaccine get their jobs back?

OT: I wonder what would happen if an employee got the vaccine and had a negative reaction or if the employee got the vax and still got a bad case of COVID…

my brotha, the same wells fargo that had 20 metric tonnes of cocaine that was seized just disappear like nothing happened? those shadow puppet masters? them? breh cut ya losses.

I ain’t lose shyt, that’s why a lawyer won’t take my case :pachaha:

My neighborhood Wells Fargo that I opened the account at and went to all the time in my balaclava mask started hating. Since Corona I wear the balaclava mask because it fully covers my beard.

I never had an issue wearing that mask there or any other location. But one day I went to deposit a post office money order and the lady questioned me like I was a scammer. Then refused to take the money order. Then they asked me to take my mask off, which I refused to do because there was no reason to.

I’m that nikka in the flesh, so I actually went next door and got the post office worker who sold me the money order to come to the bank with me. Then they wanna apologize and say something was wrong with the system and deposited the shyt. I called and complained.

Next time I went in there the security guard and managers surrounded me and demanded I take my mask off which I refused to do. They told me I had to wear one of they mask which was the standard one that don’t seal on my face because of my beard. So they refused me service and I dipped and called and complained again.

So they ended sending me something in writing saying that they had the right to refuse me service because those type of face covering are not allowed by Georgia law. And cited the law in the letter.

So I did the research and they were right..but actually not. They are incompetent and don’t know the law. That is a law in GA and a few other states, but 6 or 7 months prior to my incidents, Governor Kemp repealed that law due to discrimination to minorities during corona…for situations exactly like mine. And the law applies to public AND PRIVATE businesses.

The law is in black and white. No lawyer in the city will touch my case though because they say they not touching Coronavirus type shyt, or because I didn’t actually take any monetary loss from the situation. And cause they generally like to hate on real nikkas such as myself.

But fukk them nikkas. On God.

but they discriminated illegally. if the law has been repealed then they were in the wrong. plain and simple. them lawyers are just weighing the monetary compensation you might get against the actual cost of fighting wells fargo and probably see it ain't worth the fuss. better call Saul nikka....

Yeah basically, I may have some type of case but it’s hard to sue banks and I didn’t suffer any damage, so it simply ain’t worth they time. I get it from they standpoint. But I’m like how y’all just gon let banks get away with clear discrimination smh
