With this 3rd chip, is Villanova now unquestionably a Blue Blood?

I said in the Izzo thread that Villanova should be considered as blue blood and a few people gave me grief ... others started to remove a few original blue bloods (Indiana ), which I don’t think you should ever do unless a program gets the death penalty ... however Jay Bilas recently said Nova should be added to the blue bloods and it was a topic of discussion on a couple sports talk station today ... this third program chip puts Nova in rare company with the original blue blood programs that all have 3 chips or more... Nova also has a storied tradition and rich history playing in arguably the great, old Big East.

So again , I ask you ... is Nova a blue blood.
