I'm sure he did know Puff but that book is full of BS. Did no one else watch his Vlad interview where Vlad asks him about different passages in the book and Keefe was confused and basically contradicted everything? He wrote about meeting Big Meech. When Vlad asked about it, he said "Oh I think that was a misprint" lol. I would be suprised if he even wrote the book. Probably just got up with a writer and agreed to let him publish it wtih his name attached.
