Although some people would view it as cruel and unusual punishment broad should be sentenced to walk or run 500 miles followed by 5 license revocation.

So she's sentenced to jail and fitted to a footpod, she can walk around the track/yard, or find a treadmill. Every start and end time is logged before she can leave prison, she has to walk or run 500 miles.

By the time she walks 500, she'll be fit enough to continue to do that outside of prison and walk to work/to the store etc. And after 5 year license revocation she can see if she wants the privilege of driving.
