Woman do you like or dislike it when people ask if they can touch your hair

Latin chick ask if she can touch my hair, I was like nah. I let her touch it when I got in them guts tho.

I asked a black chick if I can touch her hair because it was all natural and women were going natural back then. She let me but I can't imagine ya'll like cac fingers in your hair like that.

I normally get people saying that my hair smells so good more than can I touch it... mostly because I wear my hair in a bun alot.
