How do you know she was "hanging around"? She might have been coming from/going to work, she might have been coming from/going to see someone in the hospital, etc etc there are plenty of legit reasons to be up and out at 5 in the morning.

Why would she be standing in the building lobby though? Assuming she was doing any of the above why would she not head straight to her apartment? Or whereever her destination was. Why was she posted in a building lobby. Hard to be a target when you keep moving.

Run away. I wasn't there idk exactly what route she should have taken. Assuming it was her building she should known it well. I don't hangout in building lobbys, but if i did hangout in building lobbys and a nikka who was twice my size and looked like that walked in at 520 am just to talk to me? I would move away immediately.

24/7? No. But if i know i'm gonna be in a sketchy area, have a lot of money on me, or i'm going somewhere late? I do ask for someone to escort me. And my female family members/friends ALWAYS ask me to escort them places. To the bus stop, to there car at night, to there door, etc. Because they would rather be safe then sorry. Pretty sure not one female i know would be hanging out alone in a building lobby at 5am.
