Not shocked.. white guy told me about this over 20 years ago when i was in college and he was doing a internship
They look at names and addresses in some companies and after they weeded out the black males they will take down the hiring flyers and say they found someone, but meanwhile still looking at the current applications still determining onto who to hire..
They don’t mind hiring black women because at that time it was affirmative action and they killed 2 birds with one stone by hiring a woman and a minority.. which eliminates black men even if you are well educated and work hard

She should have stayed. Documented the discrimination but not adhere. If the fired her for not discriminating she would have a nice lawsuit against them
