I think most people do raise their sons to be that (hence the big problem in society). so where does this 'hate' and disgust come from.

Cuz most ‘nice’ guys are spineless doormats who are driven by romantic fantasies and sexual urges. A woman wants a man whose honest and self confident. Women also like to be respected and loved. They like to be complimented.........every once in a while. Don’t be praising her and worshipping her like a weirdo, it reeks of low self esteem.
