Your question is too broad. I don't have to be in charge. I'm not competitive at all. Being in charge isn't an ego boost for me. I only want to be in charge when I deserve it such as when I work or something I'm familiar with.

I see where your coming from, but the idea of me completely following a man in any and every decision made, task , or position gives me anxiety .

For example, if my dude has poor decision making skills, the likelihood of me allowing him to lead me in that area is zero .
