I do agree that a lot of woman who are in Leadership roles seem unhappy..

I know a few, and they appear content. You can tell they just love throwing their weight around. I'm happy for 'em though.

I disagree with this notion.... I've worked for many a males.... and they ALL have made rash decisions based off of their emotions... dudes flying by the seat of their pants calling it gut instinct, letting their penis be the brain (desire and lust are emotions-fukking subordinates to the detriment of their careers), and making ego based decisions just to chest thump in front of other dudes in the office....

Women can and are analytical thinkers who can over-analyze a decision time and time again....

Men and women are both emotional and analytical.... it is what it is

True story.

As a fresh, green professional, worked under several grown a$$ men l who behaved as children and made rash decisions and had no clue. But I've worked under some well reasoned women who made well thought out decisions.

The CEO of Pepsi is a woman. She's an absolute, corporate beast. But she has admitted, perhaps begrudgingly, that "she can't have it all." And her parental and spousal duties have been compromised a bit.

Let's keep it 100 here, most men are making their decisions based off of emotion too.

Yeah, that's part of it (a big part), but the other part of it is that not every man is built to be an alpha male.
