women in relationships that flirt with other men are usually getting neglected by their man. they're craving for that attention they should be getting from their dude. doesn't mean they will act on it but you never know...
personally i'm not trying to be any chicks side dude or "d1ck in a glass jar". i'll smile be humble about it, but will not reciprocate. at this point in my life it's not worth the hassle, emotional tussle or potential drama.

its demonic..esp when I know so many females who are in unhappy relationships..the most blatant was a chick who I used to fukk about 4-5 years ago......it was sometime last year she's now in a relationship...she sends me a random text stating that this is her new phone number (she's forever changing her number 
)..so I texted her back saying I got it and teased her about changing numbers all the gotdamned time....that turned into her calling me up ASAP and telling me how much she missed me and talking to me....then she was like she wanted to get together to catch up...I was like cool..we can meet at this restaurant that's halfway between us for brunch...then she's like wanted to come to my town (lives a hour and 15 from me) and she's only available Friday in the evenings..after 8 pm 
..now the times in the past when she came over that late she left in the morning,,had to be like and said to her "ill see if my gf is also free that evening"....never followed up with me like that again....later in that year she's engaged...I feel sorry for her dude

my homies baby mamas/ girlfriends all flirt with me pretty tough. they either say flat out that they think im cute or they like/love me in front of their dudes, or theyll be on sum sneak flirt type shyt.

I dont condone it......may surprise some folks but im a different type of dude. I feel if this is something that the woman is going to do, she shouldn't even be in a relationship with me. honesty and communication are the two biggest thing needed in a relationship, and more often times than not they serve as missing links in the relationship (which is why so many relationship suffer).
