A jealous university student threw sulphuric acid over her friend in an attack inspired by the horrific assault on Katie Piper, a court today heard.

Mary Konye, 21, disguised herself in an Islamic veil showing only her eyes, and followed Naomi Oni home in East London before allegedly dousing her in the corrosive acid.

Ms Oni, 21, who worked at Victoria’s Secret lingerie shop, suffered horrific burns on her face and chest, lost her hair and eyelashes and was left scarred for life in the alleged attack on December 30 2012.

But yeah, I see this on tumblr. Women that get mad at other women for being attractive and enjoying their lives cause they aren't attractive and are lonely. They'll say stuff like "how is it like to be beautiful?" and some other obsessed, psychotic stuff. Jealousy is a motherf*cker and I notice women deal with it worse than men at times, but better at times. A woman will throw acid in that attractive woman's face because she's enjoying life, while a man will let that jealousy and discontent fester for ages...until they just shoot and kill someone (or other people).
