Should women who falsely accuse men of rape, domestic violence or any abuse be arrested and imprisoned for tarnishing a reputation.? Or should the case just simply be dismissed? If the man was convicted, then later acquitted because she lied, should be imprisoned?

Also, do you think that the name of alleged rape victims should be held from the media/public, the name of alleged rapist should be held from the media/public, or both names should be held from the media/public until a verdict is reached?

They should be given jail time and lots of it.

I remember reading a story about some bytch who falsely accused a college football player of rape and he wound up spending years in jail that could have otherwise been spent palying pro ball making NFL money. To my knowledge, that vile slore didn't get any prison time.

My cousin's best friend was falsely accused of rape by some girl after he rejected her advances, it damn near ruined his life.

Ironically, I watching an old movie called "The Crush" yesterday. It's about a teen girl, played by Alicia Silverstone, who stalks a 28 year old man and falsely accuses him of rape among other things to "fix him" for rejecting her. It's really good, I reccomend it.

There should be a penalty but oddly there is not which tells me that demons do not care about justice and the truth and care more about incarcerating particular individuals.

Its so demonic, friend.

Women who falsely accuse men of rape need to suffer the penalty of rape.

You need to suffer the full 20+ years or whatever time nikkas serve for NO REASON. It's sad to say that so many black men have been lost to trifling broads who are too possessed by Satan to just come clean. Rape is a very serious crime that destroys people's lives in this day and age. Both that of the victim, and the perpetrator. If you're gonna be lying about that, knowing that you're ruining someone's life FOREVER, you need to serve that same time. It's the only way you'll ever learn.

The slap on the wrist y'all get is just unacceptable.

Yeah they should do some time, and/or have to pay the accused some money for their troubles. They should have to register as a sex offender as well

shyts despicable and it happens too often, it also takes away from the real cases of rape because so many women have lied about it that any rape case is looked at with skepticism.

Both names should be withheld from the public until a verdict is reached.

:ohhh: They should, I haven't even thought about that. They're more dangerous than the guy that have to register as sex offenders because they had sex with their 16 year old girlfriend when they were 18.

The women should be penalized for accusations proven to be false.

Both names should be withheld.

Look at how the Michael Crabtree situation turned out.

He was proven to be completely innocent of rape accusations yet when I Google his name, I still see "Michael Crabtree rape". Why? ...because his name was released purely off of accusations, yet the victim was protected.

We don't know her name though. I don't get why that is. :smh:
