That bytch sounds selfish and stupid. 
I don't have kids and don't know the work involved, but they should switch roles if you think taking care of kids is harder than working 6 days a week for 12 hours.

She lives in Toronto. She can get the fukk out and work....easily. They can also move to the GTA and not just live in Toronto. Him asking her to work in one of the most expensive cities in the world is not unreasonable
She also gets child benefits from the government, per child. So she can leverage that for part of child care costs

Bro works 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. Doesn’t account for his commute and getting ready for work.
Bro barely has any time to himself 6 days out of the week.
2 kids under the age of 3. They aren’t married. No clue if both of them are on the Mortgage.
She’s banking on leaving him and living off child support and possibly getting the house

Do I think he should be involved? Definitely. On his days off they should have family time every other week and the other week date night. And also spend that time cleaning the house.
