TBH, sleep a lil less, but catch up as much as you can on days off.
Focus on learning something or people so you can do something else. I'm about to email a guy I want to mentor me, cause if imma rat race for a few years, I wanna nepotism my way through this

I may get 4 hours of leisure time.
the present day system is set up by the wealthy elite to keep the multitude fully engaged, always tired, in debt, and figuring out ways to put their heads in the guillotine.
I wish I had 8 hrs of free time a day.

I work 10 hour shifts with 2 hours of it for lunch...

8 hours is a good amount of time. I only need to sleep 6-6.5 hours anymore than 6.5 and feel horrible for a whole week.
