"Believe me, as a busy single mother- or, I shouldn't say single, as a busy mother. Sometimes, you know, when you've got a husband who is president, it can feel a little single.

People think I’m being catty by saying this – it’s like, there were 10 years where I couldn’t stand my husband

You should’ve thrown a boy in the mix," Angie Martinez teased to which Michelle Obama replied, “I’m so glad I didn’t have a boy.
“Why didn’t you throw in a third?" Angie Martinez asked.
“Because he would’ve been a Barack Obama," Michelle said to laughter as Angie Martinez joked, “Baby Barack — it would’ve been amazing!"

During their sit-down, Matt revealed that before cameras started rolling, Michelle had asked him not to call her 'Mrs. Obama' after he referred to her as the nickname.

'Earlier I was like, "Thank you so much, Mrs. Obama," and you said, "Michelle,"' Matt began the podcast.

'I did say that,' she responded with a laugh, before explaining why she likes to avoid the name.

Wife of a Harvard grad and former president… married 20+ years to a loyal husband and provider…

Accidentally calling herself a single mother…

:gucci:

This shyt getting out of hand. Is this type of thought process too ingrained? I mean… Michelle doesn’t hang with low level people… how did she form this way of presenting her life ?

I have a lot of respect for Michelle, but she gotta watch how she publicly talks about Barry. There's a difference with communicating your struggles as a parent when your husband is president versus not so unambiguously throwing shade towards him.
