I don't get that at all. Some people are fukking idiots but you only need to deal with them for a short time and their gone. And those pointless conversations are the only reason I'm not bored out my nut. Most customers are alright.

Only time I've ever had a go at a customer was when one started whistling on me like a dog, even though I told him I was helping another customer and would be with him soon. fukking prick.
