Working for a black non profit= I'm not getting paid

So I work for a black non profit and they bullshyt us constantly on the pay checks sometimes we've had to go weeks or months without being paid. Some of the co workers are family members and they're being paid so of course they're being hush hush about it. We were kicked out of our last building for non payment and they withheld all the supplies until we paid the rent. Meanwhile the owner is on facebook bragging about the new building/taking trips/and just had a lavish super bowl party.


What tf am I to do. Should I blast them on FB and worry about being blacklisted. Should I just quit?

What's the protocol for handling shyt like this. No racism type shyt but I never had this problem when I worked for ppl of other colors, only black ....and they don't even offer us direct deposit

Report them to your local Labor Board. You will get your money then, might take a few months though. i hope your hours and word are documented

Stop wasting your time and leave. You're waiting around thinking it will get better and it's not. Going weeks and months without pay is a problem and it's better to just leave.

2. Use this time to find another job.
3. Quit.
