I used to work a 12 hour shift on Saturdays at my old gig
11am-11pm. Luckily I worked with lots of friends, we had a great time and met interesting people all the time. Even met somebody that led me to another job ​

Man Saturdays are piff!! I work at the airport and unless it's holiday weekend, I do jack shyt!! In fact today instead of making sure the nations air traffic is safe and secure, I went to ihop on a 2 hour I'm out break. If its nice out, I'll let one of my employees go take out the grill. Then Sundays, I love Sundays. Extra slow and I get an extra 25% ontop. Working two Sundays gives me an extra $150 in my check for booze, bimbos, and Jordan's. Or I save up. Weekends are sweet. Monday's..... They suck!

I don't really mind.

I've been working 7am-1pm on Saturdays for a while. But I work from home (meaning I don't have to wake up until 6:45) and Saturdays aren't busy, so it's no biggie. Only downside is that my social life takes an L since I'm in on Friday nights.

I hate it at my job. The rule is, they can force us 2 Saturdays I a row.

I was forced last Saturday and I'm forced tonight, but that just means I get next weekend off.

Funny thing is, I haven't done shyt all night at work. They forced me in here thinking I'm gonna run production, but the part hasn't even been checked yet to get the okay and it won't be checked til tomorrow

I COULD have went home, but fukk that. I be damned if they say "well, since you didn't finish the shift, we can force you next Saturday"
