I worked the midnight shift for damn near a decade. I dont think its ment for people to work those hours. It does sumthing to you after while.

I’ve been working graveyard shift for the past six months. A few days have been rough but nothing too bad

Last month I got a second job working morning shift and life still good. Feel like your body eventually adapts to different situations

Last time I worked overnight, it was at a gas station during Independence Day.

Told the manager the next day I had no desire to work overnight anymore.

Vid brought tears to my eyes. People struggling just to make a living. We not supposed to live like this.

I worked that shift and you can’t bullshyt with your sleep schedule! Black out curtains are a must!

If you are disciplined it’s cool.

I slept from about 7-8am till 2-3pm got up ate a light meal and hit the gym till 4 or made any appts I needed. Ate dinner around 7. Took an hour nap and left my house at 10pm to go to work. Did it for 13yrs.

Loved it for 11 of those 13yrs. Friday night was the worst cause everyone else was out and I was working. Sunday night was great though.

Drink a coffee before the shift starts and you'll be good. I remember having to study from 11 PM to 6 AM. Manual labor where I am walking around as opposed to reading would be light work.
