Why oh why do these people talk all the time and why on earth don't management do anything about it?

C'mon now libraries are quiet for a reason (HINT: it aids concentration and productivity).

My mom was a librarian and I was in there a lot. Are they at the front desk or around the shelves? Most libraries I've been to it's a rule to be quiet around the books and study areas. The computers and front desk doesn't have that rule. You still can't be talking loud n shyt but it's not nessary to whisper. It's just a courteous thing to do. A lot of people don't know that

I could be wrong but I think OP was just using libraries as an example. anyway i’ve got several coworkers like this, its like they cant even sit in peace for 5 minutes without hearing their own voice or talking to somebody.

This is why open office plans dont work. I’ve ranted about them on here before and there’s no way they increase productivity.

Not only cacdom but backward primitive poor as well who don't know how to behave, don't think about anyone else, don't know what the meeting rooms are for.

This twat opposite me has literally been talking for 1 hour straight and another one behind me is running his mouth. It's hitting me in stereo.

In this primitive culture the more your flap your gums, the louder you do it the more you feel that it shows that you know what you are doing.
