I've got a coworker who doesn't report to me, but frequently works on projects I'm running. Gotta be the least autonomous person I've ever met. I'm forced to weigh on stuff that is out of my area of expertise all of the time.
It's irritating because essentially this is a way to absolve yourself of any responsibility. If something fukks up, she can always point to me and say "well Food Mane made the call.:"
Just to clarify, I don't think this person does this because she is unsure or looking for input, she does this because she doesn't want to be responsible for anything.
Anyone ever worked with someone like that? Any tips?
