I used to play but then guild wars 2 came out
i think there's still like 7 million active subs in the united statesI used to play, then I had to focus on school for a couple of months. By the time I came back to it my toon was.
I didn't think people still played it
it's not as hot as it once was, obviously, but the game is also nearly 11 years old. i think the peak was like 12 million subs, which is absurd for a single $15/month game.

there's something great about WoW, though. made my first dude in march of 05 and i've been playing off and on ever since

they're releasing at least one more expansion. it'll be announced on the 6th, and it'll come out next spring, roughly the same time as the movie.

I had a good time with MoP i quit around ToT, but I had a good experience overall. But maybe it was because I switched from a White Server to a Latin American server, Latin Americans respect you as an adult and on the white servers you have nerds sonning other people when IRL they don't do shyt lol. How much will the next Xpac be?
