Worst play call in sports history?

Could this be the worst call in sports history? I can't think of anything worse. Especially given the personnel(beast mode). Brett favre in 2010 comes to mind.But this is atrocious.

That play was a $500 swing for me. I'd have to say it wasn't the smartest decision to make on the goal line.
