I don't think he has to be responsible to be their father. He could mentor them. Look out for them like any other lil man on the block. The problem is a lack of community and everyone only looking out for self or trying to get over on other people. At the end of the day unless you adopt them, they're not your kids.

But then again idk how marriage/custody laws work cause I ain't got no kids.

I've never met my biological father and my dad has been there as long as I can remember. I think he's pretty real.
