You are erecting a strawman. He never implied that women are inferior. His question is more towards you implying that women are morally superior. So what you are doing is a deflection from his question.
Women are human beings, just like men. They have the same propensity to abuse power, just like men. I have even shown links about studies that have been done about female leader's propensity to commit to war compared to males. So no, neither sex is morally superior to each other, and both would attempt to protect their power structure when in power.
In fact, when it comes to anyone, just look at the countries ran by them. You will see, when power is consolidated into the hands of a few, the chance for abuse rises. So it is not a particular sex or race that would be better, it is actually how the system is setup up and the people placed in the positions of power that determine the outcomes.
