Both Blueprint and Stillmatic were influential in different ways.
Blueprint put Supreme Clientele's style of soul production on the map mainstream wise and it has quotable bars from Jay.
Stillmatic has some of Nas's most iconic concept songs, birthed the phrase "Ether" which is still used in hip hop/Black lexicon online while being one of the GOAT diss songs, and has tons of dudes quoting Nas and remaking songs off of Stillmatic.
As someone pointed out, there's still rappers trying to make their own version of One Mic and Rewind alone to this very day. And 2nd Childhood is still referenced today, especially with the whole Jim Jones fiasco.
Was Blueprint more impactful overall? Yes. But acting like Stillmatic had no impact is revisionist history at its finest.
Also, Life Is Good was essentially 4:44 before 4:44. Untitled was talking boldly about Black and societal issues on a mainstream level when other mainstream rappers were playing it safe content wise, esp. in 2008. And the Hit Boy albums are a mark of a veteran rapper having a strong late career with great acclaimed albums and rapping as opposed to becoming washed and falling off like a number of other legacy acts around Nas's age.
It's especially funny since you brought up "more important to hip hop." If you're argument is that Nas's albums in the 21st century weren't played on the radio/club or crossover friendly enough to be "important to hip hop", then we obviously have different definitions. Using that same logic, Scorpion by Drake is more "important to hip hop" than all of Jay Z's albums in the 21st century. See how that logic works?
