Would It Be Fukked up to Create a Romantic Club for Black folks Based on Intelligence?

I'm sure many would call it super-racist, and I'm aware of the implications, but if intelligence is genetic why not promote the pro-creation of more intelligent black folks? Eugenics for sure, but. . . So?

If I were a billionaire I would totally push this initiative. Get with other rich black folks and create clubs in every state. Administer IQ tests among other kinds. Have people commit to chose their wives/husbands among a certain pool. Subsidize some of their living costs for 10years as an incentive etc.

If you're serious about this then I think you should instead create a black MENSA society instead. Then people in the club can choose to date other members. But a high IQ society for black people might be easier to market.
