Yes and no I think... I'm not big on politics but I think a candidate would lose votes because the people who are the ones actually voting are the people who'd more than likely be against it. If you can get the none voters who generally speaking would be the ones benefiting from it to get out then you could have a chance. But that's all theory and speculation
