If there was a "world war" were there was no direct attack on the US mainland would people accept being drafted for NATO purposes?

Would an attack on a US base/military assets attacked outside of the country make a difference?

:skip: so many things wrong with a draft. Is it just the men? So all the women and foreigners with visas staying here while men fight? So we just sending all the young men off to die?

Then the population of young men available is low, you need to be physically in shape and be able to pass a mental exam. Young men can't even read and write anymore. Then you drafting the gays that's no better than having a woman beside you in a fire fight.

The list of problems goes on and on.

No. Society is way too selfish these days to mobilize for one big mission

Even an ultra nazi nation like russia is struggling with soldier mobilization and not touching any major city. They already looking for dumb ass soldiers in north korea. Tried finding some in Aftica and they say no fukk you and your wars.
