For another one that pays a little better?

Say current job gave u a chance when all the others pointed at the door

Over time u got close with the manager and you'll had a good work relationship but now something popped up, a new gig that requires experience (which u gained on the job).

So would u stay loyal or jump at the offer and take the chance?

No. An honest days pay for an honest days work. When the company has to make tough decisions..they could have to let you go to benefit themselves. You may need to do the same. It's not a moral issue. Do what you must.

I literally quit like 3 jobs for my old jobs. Why? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. :heh:

If the money, hours, & timing is right why not switch? I'm sure your new job will understand.

If you don't care of yourself who/what job will? :usure:
